How many training sessions a week?

You will need to perform 2 sessions + there will be one session extra for those who want more. Each session will last ±45 minutes.

Do training plans change?

Yes, plans change every 4 weeks.

How many training sessions a week?

Based on time of the season, goals and etc. But it is unlimited. Most do 2-3 sessions a week, but for rehabilitation can be up to 16 or more sessions a week.

Do training plans change?

Yes, they change based on :

1) the season you are in (in-/off-season);

2) your schedule (family vacation, school trips, tournaments etc.)

3) injuries (unfortunately but they happen; then your plan adapts too)
