I have no equipment at home
You will receive all necessary equipment for training at home regardless if you choose home or weightroom plan
Will I achieve results?

How many training sessions a week?
Based on time of the season, goals and etc. But it is unlimited. Most do 2-3 sessions a week, but for rehabilitation can be up to 16 or more sessions a week.
Do training plans change?
Yes, they change based on :
- The season you are in (in-/off-season);
- Your schedule (family vacation, school trips, tournaments etc.);
- Injuries (unfortunately but they happen; then your plan adapts too)
