How many training sessions a week?

Based on time of the season, goals and etc. But it is unlimited. Most do 2-3 sessions a week, but for rehabilitation can be up to 16 or more sessions a week.

Do training plans change?

Yes, they change based on :

  • The season you are in (in-/off-season);
  • Your schedule (family vacation, school trips, tournaments etc.);
  • Injuries (unfortunately but they happen; then your plan adapts too)
